On behalf of our client, a respected leader in premium event hospitality, we’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Event Manager to take full ownership of one of their flagship annual events, a four-day, large-scale experience hosting over 5,000 guests.
This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has a strong background in delivering high-volume events, particularly on greenfield sites or within premium hospitality settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery, and post-event evaluation of this high-profile event
* Act as the main point of contact for the client, managing relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring service excellence throughout
* Coordinate closely with internal departments - culinary, logistics, finance, staffing - to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience
* Oversee all event logistics, including the setup of temporary kitchens and hospitality spaces, supplier management, and on-site delivery
* Manage and report on detailed budgets with full accountability across the project life cycle
About You:
* You bring extensive experience in event project management, ideally with a background in greenfield or large-scale hospitality events
* You have a strong understanding of catering operations, service logistics, and temporary event infrastructure
* You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and leading large, multidisciplinary teams
* You’re financially minded, with experience in budget management and reconciliation
* You’re calm under pressure, highly organised, and solutions-focused with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding events
