Lead, co-ordinate and advise on a range of high quality learning and development projects, programmes and activities. To develop and deliver specialist support/advice for a defined service area. Able to meet deadlines and to work effectively under pressure. Ability to develop new areas of provision in response to local need. Good organisational and planning skills.
