Ashley Kate Finance are working in partnership with an organisation that makes a difference with Carbon Emissions based in Ashby who are looking for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to start ASAP.
Due to a recent promotion within this department, our client has a need for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to work alongside and report into the Senior Sales Ledger Manager. The role is initially until the end of the year; however, the opportunity could also lead into a permanent position.
The role offers HYBRID working based on 2-3 days in the office and then working from home.
Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office based in Ashby
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: Until end of December 2024 - Could lead to a permanent
Responsibilities:
* Invoicing and credit checks
* Client query resolution and account reconciliations
* Debt chasing and payment allocations
* Raising and posting all Sales Ledger entries
* Staying updated with the latest skills and developments
* Championing our mission towards a net zero world

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
§ AAT level 2 or higher - Desirable but NOT essential
§ Competent with Microsoft office
§ A proactive attitude that brings drive, energy and passion to the role
§ Flexible, positive and committed team member, who works to very high standards
§ Promotes a culture of inclusivity
§ UK drivers' licence - Desirable but NOT essential
