Due to an increase in workloads our client is keen to appoint an Administrator on a Part time basis for 21 hours a week ideally for 3 full days around office hours 9am -5pm but can be flexible on start and finish time. This role is newly created and will provide all round admin support for the business aswell as direct support to a busy Financial Advisor. Our client is keen to appoint an outstanding administrator who can provide support for a full range of administration tasks on a part time basis. Ideally this would be across 3 consecutive days ( Monday - Wednesday or Tuesday - Thursday) but they can be a bit flexible and happy to discuss. The ideal candidate will have recently held a similar role as a business administrator and be able to demonstrate this upon application and complete the duties of the role as outlined below. Duties of the role will include; -Admin support for the business, support to Director and Financial Advisors and reception cover -Direct support to a busy Financial Advisor -Obtain policy information and prepare data for meetings with clients -Preparation of letters for clients and obtaining approval from the Financial Advisor -Updating and maintaining client information -Scanning and uploading post to client records -General admin support, filing, document management, PDF creation tec, reception cover -Professional communication with clients over the phone and via email -Meeting clients attending the office as required -Use of MS Office and Intelligent Office What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven background in business administration Experience within the Financial Services industry would be advantageous but by no means essential A good working knowledge of MS Office is required What you'll get in return Permanent jobSalary part time equivalent £15,000 ( Full time equivalent £25,000) 21 hours a week ideally over 3 days possibly 4 days.
