We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join a well-established accountancy firm and provide high-level administration support.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Partners' calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, record minutes (if applicable) and follow up on action items.
* Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails.
* Anticipate Partners’ needs and proactively provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, typically via email, and drafting responses on behalf of Partners’, where appropriate.
* Coordinate and facilitate communication between Partners’ and their respective service lines within the business.
* Assist in organising corporate events, conferences, webinar and team-building activities, if applicable, in collaboration with our marketing and events team
Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
* Ideally from a professional services background
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication - both written and oral, with an ability to deal with a variety of people in different environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters
