Job description: A Marketing Senior Specialist is expected to play a pivotal role in driving our brand and trade strategies across UK and Ireland. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this position is crucial in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans during an exciting period of transformation. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse set of responsibilities, ranging from developing strategic marketing communications and sales initiatives to support product launches, executing national and regional sales promotions to boost sales and brand engagement. Multi brand management experience will be of advantage as the role will manage all Ariston Group UK brands (Ariston UK, ELCO UK & ATAG Commercial). This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in the UK and with our central Marketing team in Europe to strengthen our market position and establish effective communication strategies. Job responsibilities The Senior Marketing Specialist will have key areas of responsibility that include the development and implementation of the annual Trade & Communications Marketing Plan, aligning with business goals and ensuring strong execution across various trade channels. Proven experience in planning and leading integrated marketing and sales promotion campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales performance. The successful candidate will be able to work alongside external marketing agencies and the marketing team to create compelling content for trade audiences using online channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and external partnerships. The Senior Marketing Specialist will help build the digital footprint of all Ariston Group UK brands by working with specialist agencies and the marketing team to boost profile across all key online platforms as well as on the web. Other responsibilities include website management, eMarketing and video content creation. The Senior Marketing Specialist will co-manage Ariston’s new loyalty scheme, focusing on membership growth, installer engagement, and reward optimisation. The successful candidate will co-manage the consistency of data across all platforms, including CRM systems, websites as well as leverage insights for targeted lead generation.The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the product team to design and implement B2B marketing materials for product launches. Furthermore, work alongside with the Sales and Logistics teams to identify opportunities as well as ensure seamless execution of trade marketing activities including stock availability. The Senior Marketing Specialist will serve as a brand champion, promoting Ariston’s product portfolio and brand identity in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage the rollout of POS displays across different trade outlets measuring engagement and other forms of ROI. Other trade marketing activities will include supporting the sales team at key trade shows and customer meetings and management of exhibitions targeting primarily B2B audiences. The Senior Marketing Specialist will support in administrative tasks that include the handling of invoicing for planned marketing activities. Develop high-quality, creative PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders. Manage the Sales Toolbox software and other relevant support tools. Monitoring and reporting of the Marketing Dashboard monthly as well as deliver quarterly performance reviews on key projects and campaigns.
