Employee Benefits Specialist sought for fast-growing drinks business in EMEA region, requiring experience in managing company-wide benefits programs and global employee benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer employee benefits, including pension, medical, dental, insurance schemes, eyecare, and wellness programs.
* Resolve employee benefits inquiries, ensuring quick, equitable, and courteous resolutions.
* Research EMEA countries' employee benefits, legislation, social security, and typical employer practices.
* Collaborate with payroll team to administer benefits and reconcile invoices.
About You:
* 2-3 years experience in EMEA employee benefits.
* Advanced Excel skills, including VLookUps and Pivot Tables.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
