A Transport Administrator is required to work in our busy transport office, you are to have the skills in overseeing multiple systems and also managing a busy schedule.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
• Make destination signage for coach windows.
• Book taxis for guest pick-ups at various locations and feeders.
• Check all tours are operational routinely for allocation on T3/Mews.
• Book all drivers accommodation. This includes communicating with hotel
receptions on a daily basis to ensure drivers are allocated a room as a guest.
• Emailing Hotels driver room requirements and Day tour cover drivers etc.
• Email drivers daily pick up lists.
• Dealing with lost property from coaches, this includes the return of items to passengers and communicating with hotels to ensure this is achieved.
• Ensure new drivers know the correct procedures for operational hotels drop off paperwork.
• Pay PCN on Fleet, fines or pre pay by plan. This includes dealing with any parking fine discrepancies.
• Pay coach parking where needed.
• Merge coach seating plans/route timings and printing. This includes communicating with the passengers via telephone and letter to explain the changes as well as the travel office within Daish’s.
• Liaise with Travel office team on regular basis.
• Ensure the company’s core values are followed at all times.
• Ensure our business is promoted at all possible times.
• Attend and complete all training as notified by the online training platform.
• To comply with all company policies and procedures at all times

Salary: starting salary of £27k
Working: 5 days a week weekend working is required
