Sat 1 in 4 9.45 - 2.30 (paid as overtime at time and a half)
We have an exciting opportunity with our client for a Customer and Sales Support Team Leader. Working within a small team, you will need to have a 'roll your sleeves up' attitude and be resilient. You will be supporting all areas of the business with any administrative or customer support duties. This is an amazing opportunity for development, where you will be dealing with a multitude of responsibilities. You will need to have managed people, but if your experience has been in retail or hospitality, and you can demonstrate you have excellent organisational and time management skills and are proficient with MS Office, then please still apply!
Main Duties:
1. Managing and guiding a team of 3, supporting them with their needs.
2. Dealing with training and development for the team.
3. Addressing any issues that may arise.
4. Ensuring that all customers and prospective customers receive the best service possible by handling all queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
5. Answering customer queries by email, live chat, phone, or face to face.
6. Handling escalated complaints.
7. Completing follow-up calls/emails to new customers.
8. Assisting at various shows and events as needed.
9. Supporting the General Manager with any requirements.
10. Processing orders.
11. General administration tasks.
Useful Experience/Skills include:
1. A motivated, proactive attitude.
2. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Able to use Microsoft Office.
4. Able to use Sage 200 (desirable).
5. Willingness to work in a flexible manner across a range of responsibilities for the good of the company.
6. Excellent organisational skills.
7. Suggesting ways to improve procedures and standards.
