Responsible for the efficient coordination of dispatch operations through independent scheduling, collaboration with vendors, and meticulous record keeping. This role also ensures adherence to procedures, and identifies and reports potential disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with vendors to ensure timely pick-up, delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
2. Independently plans and prioritizes daily dispatch schedules, optimizing efficiency and meeting deadlines.
3. Effectively manages workloads and maintains accurate records of dispatches, deliveries and communication logs.
4. Identifies and reports any deviations from standard procedures or potential service disruptions.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education: Secondary education or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: Prior experience not required. For lead roles, at least 18 months of relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Valid and relevant class of driving license, as required by job and stipulated by local authorities.
