The Role: As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will: Support children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them to overcome barriers to learning. Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and tailored interventions. Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have: A degree in Psychology or a related field. A strong understanding of primary education and a genuine passion for working with children. Experience supporting SEND children (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable.
