The CSA will collaborate closely with the local Strategic Customer Service Representative assigned to these accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order and Quote Entry: Accurately process customer orders and quotes, ensuring all data is entered correctly into the system.
2. Customer Correspondence: Communicate with customers via email to address discrepancies and resolve order entry holds promptly.
3. Process Management: Manage order processes for each strategic customer to ensure compliance and efficiency.
