The salary for this permanent Lead Neuropsychologist/Clinical Psychologist job is £50,952 - £58,972 per annum.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the Psychology Team: Provide guidance and support to a dedicated team of psychologists, ensuring high standards of care and clinical excellence.
* Deliver Direct Psychological Services: Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, develop and implement intervention strategies, and support clients through individual and group therapy sessions.
* Enhance Outpatient Services: Develop and expand our outpatient psychology services, ensuring that non-residential clients receive the highest level of care.
* Supervise and Train: Oversee the clinical work of staff and students, offer training and consultation, and mentor less experienced colleagues.
* Drive Research and Evaluation: Initiate and engage in research projects, contribute to service evaluations, and stay abreast of the latest developments in brain injury rehabilitation.
* Collaborate and Represent: Work closely with the CRC General Manager, Head of Clinical Services, and multidisciplinary team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Professional: Doctorate level training in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology with up-to-date HCPC registration.
* Experienced Clinician: Proven experience with neuropsychological assessment, cognitive impairments, and working with acquired brain injury in a neuro-rehabilitation setting.
* Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with families and staff teams in residential settings.
* Passionate Leader: A commitment to advancing neuropsychology and providing exceptional care.
