Receptionist/Trainee Sales Advisor We are looking for a welcoming, confident individual to become a member of our small and friendly office team. Northcot Brick are an independent brick manufacturer, situated in Blockley and are a family-owned business who employs around 50 people producing a comprehensive range of bricks made on site. Role Information To greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other inquiries Prepare, organise and maintain documents, records and files Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to include mail and deliveries To help and assist with Sales enquiries and supporting the Sales Team Requirements Some experience in an administrative or support role desired but not essential Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment A knowledge of the system Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a full-time position based at Blockley, Nr Moreton Marsh so your own transport will be essential.
