Indirect sales through our partner network is a core pillar of EcoOnline’s organic growth strategy, analysts estimated the market at $2.7bn in 2021, growing at 8% CAGR. The role of Channel Partner Programme Manager will be critical to the design, development and execution of the revenue growth plan, and a key stakeholder and strategic influencer on our scale up worldwide. The Channel & Alliances function is one of the fastest growing business units within EcoOnline, exceeding targets and continuing to scale globally with incremental investment in resources and systems. The mission of the Channel & Alliances function is to create a scalable and sustainable partner network to (1) accelerate growth in our core markets through increased awareness and expanded distribution, and (2) enable access to new markets and geographies. EcoOnline has a history of partner centric growth, approx. 30% global sales in FY24 were through the channel network. Today we have 60 active partners and support 5 distinct engagement models for Value Added Resellers, Strategic Alliances, Managed Services Providers, ISVs and Associate Partners. The Channel Partner Programme is a key growth lever in EcoOnline’s global GTM strategy and core area of investment. Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Partner Programme Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for development and delivery of a world class partner programme, optimizing processes, systems and resources to enable scale and growth of our partner ecosystem globally. This role sits within the Channel & Alliances function and will take the lead on all partner operations in coordination with key internal stakeholders from Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement and Solutions teams. You will be instrumental in developing training programs, toolkits and strategies to ensure the success of our channel partners globally. Programme Development & Execution: Develop and manage a scalable, tiered partner programme that incentivizes performance, ensures partner success, and aligns with company goals. Establish and maintain clear rules of engagement for partners with each other and also key teams across the EcoOnline business. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Support Channel Sales teams to identify, engage, and onboard new strategic partners across priority geographies and verticals. Enablement & Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create partner-specific training materials. Develop and deliver certifications, sales playbooks, and co-marketing initiatives to empower partners for success. Continually ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources and training to successfully market, sell and implement EcoOnline’s evolving portfolio of solutions and service offerings. Performance Management : Track and analyse individual and partner KPIs, pipeline contribution, and deal velocity to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Cross-functional Alignment : Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with GTM strategy. Market Intelligence : Stay informed on EHS & ESG trends, competitive landscapes, and partner feedback to inform strategy and product evolution. Partner Advocacy : Be the voice of the partner internally—championing their needs, challenges, and successes. Strategy & Planning : Contribute to and align all initiatives with the overall indirect go to market strategy of the business. What we are looking for: 5 years’ experience in channel, alliances, or partner programme management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Demonstrated success scaling partner ecosystems and driving revenue through indirect channels. Strong understanding of partner dynamics—especially within EHS, ESG, compliance, or risk management verticals. Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and programme management skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for impact. Experience with Salesforce, PRM platforms, or other partner enablement tools is a plus.
