The ideal D365 support consultant should have:
* Navision/Business Central experience.
* Knowledge within Finance.
* Be able to manage service desks (you will be working alongside 2 other SC's)
* Experience with ticketing.
* Have confidence with escalating issues.
* Experience with small enhancements, configurations, DevOps back logs.
* Able to commute on site at Reading on the occasion when requested.
