Annual salary: Competitive 25 days annual leave plus paid Birthday leave after 1 years service Annual Performance Bonus Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:00 The Role: As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will: Log new service calls and liaise with customers via the SAP Service Module. Plan daily schedules for your allocated service technicians to meet customer needs. Maintain the SAP database, including sites and equipment. Update customers on open or ongoing repairs and orders. Liaise with other internal departments as necessary. Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department. The Candidate: For the role of Service Co-Ordinator, you should have: Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment. Essential scheduling experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. A professional and courteous telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
