If so, we are looking for you to join our dynamic HR team as a Systems and Data Officer where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS) that will transform how we manage our people processes. This will be a unique opportunity to shape the future of our HR operations by establishing efficient workflows, ensuring data migration accuracy, improving data management, developing a suite of valuable HR metrics tailored to the needs of the Trust, creating user guides and training our team on the new system. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months. Our days are fast paced, often challenging, but always rewarding.
