This role requires a confident and proactive individual, with exceptional relationship building and communication skills. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely.
Temp to Perm Project Officer Responsibilities
* Building relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
* Drafting major gift proposals
* Conducting research projects
* Assisting in events management
* Identifying and researching potential donors
* Managing donor reporting
* Maintaining the database of donors

Temp to Perm Project Officer Experience Essentials
The ideal candidate should have experience in communication roles, ideally within fundraising or higher education. They should have expertise in event management, prospect research, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and design software. Strong written and oral communication skills, creativity in donor materials, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate strategic thinking for fundraising goals, strong planning, teamwork, relationship-building skills, and a sensitive approach to donor engagement, along with a keen interest in pursuing a career in development.
