We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technical professional to join our Home Connections Team in Lincoln.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers over the phone, troubleshooting and resolving issues with broadband technology.
No specific experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. If you are naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, we encourage you to apply.
