Pastry Chef de Partie required for a 5 star Hotel in London. This role is within Pastry production for the hotel. The pastry production creates pastry dishes for any of the outlets in the Hotel. The salary is £36,900 + service (approximately £39-40k package). The shift times generally start at 9am or 2pm and is working 5 out of 7 days on a 48hr contract.
The Role
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will work with a team of 10 pastry chefs. You will ensure it runs smoothly in the section you are allocated to, and that the list of pastry items is ready at the time requested by the various F&B outlets. This is within a dedicated pastry kitchen and will include all the normal Pastry Chef de Partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with a background in Pastry. Ideally within a Hotel pastry department; however, they will consider a range of pastry backgrounds. This is a great place to learn more.
