Gen2 acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive feedback from Gen2 via email regarding the quality of your application. We may set your application back to ‘pending’ and will email you with some suggestions of how it may be improved, please do not be concerned if this happens, we simply want you to have the best application possible. As your application may be set back to pending you need to ensure you keep an eye on your emails and log back in, make changes and re-submit your application for review. After feedback is complete and once your application has been accepted, you will then be invited to take part in a selection process and your details will be made available to local employers looking to take on an apprentice. Employers set their own individual criteria for selection and interview. The Gen2 recruitment team (or employers) will contact you directly to arrange interviews. This can happen at any time between now and September 2025. We work with many employers in the local area. To ensure your details are passed to as many employers as possible we strongly advise you complete your application early.
