The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide great service to our clients, helping them with all aspects in relation to the ongoing management of their car parks. This could be from arranging new signage to be installed, speaking to users such as staff or residents, issuing parking permits, etc.
Alongside this role you will participate in a 16-month apprenticeship course including the EPA, where the right candidate will be employed by the employer whilst studying to achieve an apprenticeship qualification. Applicants must be free from full time education to be eligible to apply.
Applicants must be resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning and have work authorisation for the UK.
Applicants will not be eligible to apply if they have already achieved a qualification which is equal to or higher than the apprenticeship standard on offer.
Applicants must be resident in the area local to the apprenticeship opportunity or be prepared to relocate in time to start.
Pay: £12,480 per annum as per the current Apprentice National Minimum Wage rising to £14,722.50 per annum after the minimum wage increase in April 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Answer client queries and keep them up to date.
* Provide quotations and invoices.
* Arranging installations (signage, cctv, payment machines).
* Send communications to current car park users.
* Update client and site information on the in-house CRM System.
Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written.
* Very good administration skills.
* Well-organised and great attention to detail.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
