Responsibilities:
1. Make appointments and book patients upon arrival, providing a helpful and friendly service.
2. Answer telephones promptly, ensuring all incoming lines are covered at all times.
3. Complete and manage daily tasks effectively.
4. Respond to and deal with incoming emails to the practice.
5. Comply with the practice procedure for the registration of new patients, temporary patients, private patients, and those seen as emergency or immediately necessary.
6. Adhere to all relevant practice procedures, regulations, and protocols while maintaining confidentiality, particularly regarding patient records.
7. Liaise with the Reception Manager when required and follow their instructions as necessary.
8. Work efficiently with other teams within the practice.
9. Undertake any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Practice.
