Digital Marketing Manager
Annual Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Digital Marketing Manager needed for an established pub group based in the Midlands.

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement the digital marketing plan to enhance the brand’s online presence. Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns across digital channels. And align digital marketing efforts with revenue goals, brand performance, repeat visit rate, and guest satisfaction objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise the brand websites to enhance user experience, SEO, and conversions.
* Working with the marketing team and venue Sales & Marketing Managers, develop, execute, and monitor social media strategies to engage audiences and hit key targets.
* Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including (but not limited to) paid social, PPC, display ads, and retargeting.
* Plan email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive footfall, bookings and build customer loyalty.
* Collaborate with wider marketing team and internal design team for creative content (where required) across static, video and others.
* Develop and execute digital data collection games via playable.
* Analyse performance metrics (e.g. Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok and external partners) and provide monthly and campaign reports to key stakeholders, drawing decisions on continuous improvement.
* Coach and share digital best practice with venue Sales & Marketing Managers
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
* Manage budgets for digital campaigns and ensure ROI is maximised.
