As a leading Facilities Management business they have a reputation for service excellence and a customer first approach. We are recruiting for a Head of Workplace Services to deliver FM across a exceptionally high end estate in Central London
You will be responsible for a number of key areas.
* Financial and commercial control / accountability
* Driving high end, hotel standard FM delivery
* Leadership and development of the management team
* Supply chain and third party vendor management
* Developing customer relationships
* Driving contract growth and depth
* Identifying commercial opportunities efficient ways of working
* Acting as the senior point of escalation
* Harnessing technology and data to deliver cost savings
We are looking for a customer first lead, you must have a background delivering FM and Workplace Experience services at a very high level. A background in corporate hospitality, concierge or guest experience would be a significant advantage.
