Resident Bookings Coordinator Hillingdon 30-32k
My client a successful and growing buildings/maintenance organisation are busy and now require a Bookings coordinator for a new LBH contract. This is a contract that will last for a minimum of two years and requires a driven and motivated person who has experience of scheduling and booking works of teams and people. The position is Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm. A car owner is also essential as you will be visiting residential properties in the Hillingdon area- £10 per day fuel allowance.
The role
1. Serve as the primary contact for residents, providing clear and timely updates on the progress of their upgrades.
2. Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise during the upgrade process, ensuring resident satisfaction.
3. Organise and conduct resident meetings and consultations to discuss project timelines, procedures, and expectations.
4. Coordinate and schedule appointments for site inspections, installations, and follow-up visits, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
5. Maintain an up-to-date project calendar, tracking all activities and appointments related to the upgrade programme.
6. Record and maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and project progress.
7. Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
