Context The Information Co-ordinator role is focused on supporting the Brand Registration and Scotland sample request process for new and existing product compliance within market. The role is office based however flexibility will be required to support activities within the IC team and wider Service team. The role handles a high volume of information and transaction processing activities and works under tight time pressures from multiple market time-zones with minimum supervision. Key Accountabilities: Responsibilities of the role include: Provide accurate and timeline information for the team and key contacts ensuring communication channels stay open. Raise POs for couriers and deliveries Source detailed reports from 3rd parties and distribute accordingly i.e certificates of analysis, defra certs, etc. Manage market enquires for Brand Registration from initial email to completion, following the established process. Assist with documentation control Investigate and solve issues Qualifications and Experience Understanding of Microsoft Word / Excel & SAP is preferred Previous experience of raising POs would be beneficial but not necessary Able to work effectively and efficiently with multiple partners across the globe and strong interpersonal skills to manage challenging situations is a behavior we look for in the role holder You’ll strive to be the best and have good attention to detail, delivery of a high quality accurate and timely service to others.
