As we evolve, we’re seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Senior Management Team, who not only strives for results but is also passionate about forging connections, inspiring teams and working collaboratively towards shared goals. Working closely with our Director of Operations and wider leadership team, this role will be instrumental in driving Environet’s growth through meaningful relationships, strategic initiatives, and a people-centred approach. Key Responsibilities Strategy execution: Implement and continuously refine Environet’s sales and marketing strategy, fostering strong buy-in and a collaborative approach across teams and with external partners to drive brand growth. Team engagement & development: Lead, motivate and inspire both internal and external teams—including agencies, freelancers, and the internal sales team - creating a supportive, enthusiastic environment where collaboration and commitment are prioritised. Content & campaign management: Create engaging sales materials, write and edit marketing content, and oversee advertising and email campaigns that resonate with audiences and foster enthusiasm for Environet’s mission and products. Brand building: Work closely with team members to develop impactful case studies and PR opportunities, ensuring Environet’s expertise is showcased authentically across digital platforms. B2B Market expansion: Identify and drive new B2B opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships that position Environet as a trusted industry leader in the commercial sector. Sales process optimisation & customer experience: Drive growth in sales by ensuring the quality of leads, and developing the delivery of the internal sales process, while maintaining outstanding customer service. Event leadership: Organise and manage digital and live events—including seminars, webinars, conferences, and exhibitions—to create interactive opportunities for Environet to connect meaningfully with stakeholders. Market intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to keep Environet at the forefront of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Digital presence management: Oversee Environet’s online presence through the website and other digital assets, including white papers, case studies, and videos, to engage and inform our audiences. Budget oversight: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, ensuring cost-efficiency and measurable ROI. Skills and Experience As an Employee-owned business, Environet is all about the people, so a team player, with good communication skills who wants to contribute to the growth and development of the business will be a great fit. We will always recruit the person over the skill set – but we are looking for a few key attributes that will ultimately make you successful in this role including; Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong people-management skills and experience in team-building, both internally and with external partners. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to persuade and inspire. Demonstrated success in managing events, digital marketing, and B2B campaigns. Knowledge of GDPR, media licensing, and experience managing compliance. Experience in budget oversight and ROI analysis.
