This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Facilities and Estates team at the University of Worcester. Within this role you will promote University Managed Accommodation to Prospective Students and offer support and guidance during the application stage and selection of appropriate accommodation. You will provide guidance and support to students for the duration of their stay in University Managed Accommodation, dealing with issues and concerns effectively to ensure student wellbeing, welfare and retention.
