Main duties of the job You will be required to perform a varied role which will included general health checks with a focus on phlebotomy. Flexibility and the ability to work in a busy clinical environment is important as are outstanding communication and IT skills. You will enjoy working autonomously as well as working as part of larger multi disciplinary team. self motivation and using your initiative is essential. Prior experience of working in a General Practice or Primary Care would be a great advantage but is not essential. Candidates would be ideally possess the Care Certificate or a willingness to work towards this.
