As a Registered Manager, you will:
Take responsibility for the day to day running of 2 services
Ensure the services comply with regulatory requirements, including CQC and other relevant legislation
Assist in the development, evaluation and implementation of care policies, protocols and procedures
Reinforce person centred, high-quality care and support is being delivered
Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements
Be accountable for the operational and financial performance of the services
Manage budgets, resources and staff effectively
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:
Hold a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Be experienced in managing supported living services for vulnerable adults
Have prior experience of working towards CQC standards and relevant legislation
Be confident in leadership and management with demonstrable experience
In return, my client is offering a salary of up £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
