A full-time experienced paralegal is required for the busy Residential Conveyancing team in our Wellingborough office.
This is an exciting opportunity and the successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and have full knowledge of dealing with sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters, including new build and leasehold.
As an experienced paralegal, you should be confident in managing your own caseload, under the supervision of the team leader, developing and managing relationships with both clients and estate agents, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.
This is a full and busy role and will include the following:
* Supporting the Team Leader;
* Ordering and checking and reporting upon routine property searches;
* Checking mortgage offers;
* Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders;
* Helping out other members of the team whenever possible;
* Excellent business development skills are desirable as well as strong organisational skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proven Residential Conveyancing experience and the ability to work within a busy team are essential. At Wilson Browne Solicitors we believe in training and supporting our staff. This role can, for the right candidate, attract full funding (terms apply) from WB to become a Licensed Conveyancer.
