Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales plans, providing product presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
* Proficiency in Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management
* Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
* Experience in the machine tool industry is a plus
* Flexibility to travel as needed within the region
