Job summary To work as part of the AMU team to provide a safe, effective, efficient care environment for patients, relatives and their carer's. Be responsible for leading your own zone in respect of patient safety and professional standards. Demonstrate clinical excellence and act as a professional role model to junior staff. Being confident to make your own clinical decisions whilst using your own initiative. To support your clinical shift lead and communicate effectively to ensure the planning, managing and safe discharge of your zone is maintained.
