Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and enhance operations across finance, compliance, and fund administration. Collaborate with senior team members to improve workflows and processes. Ensure operational excellence that aligns with the firm’s strategic goals. Team Engagement Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Inspire and mentor team members, ensuring professional development and alignment with company objectives. Strategic Development Drive operational improvements without disrupting the firm’s team-oriented culture. Serve as a bridge between operational functions and leadership to streamline communication and delivery. Balance strategic transformation with cultural sensitivity. The Ideal Candidate A proven track record of operational leadership within asset management or a related industry. Experience overseeing key functions: compliance, finance, and fund administration. Ability to implement process improvements whilst maintaining team cohesion. Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to inspire and engage teams. Collaborative leadership style that values humility, precision, and client outcomes. Whilst experience with structured products or derivatives is a plus, it is not essential.
