Our client is an established claims company, resolving domestic claims, motor claims, and supporting with loss adjusting. They are looking to hire confident customer service advisors to work alongside their Home Adjusting team on a temporary basis for an initial 12-week period. You will be working from home after the first two weeks of office-based training.
You will be:
1. Supporting customers/stakeholders through the entire claims process.
2. Providing excellent customer service while recording details accurately on systems.
3. Handling difficult conversations in an empathetic manner.
Skills needed:
1. Customer service experience (preferably office-based).
2. Detail-oriented.
3. Glasgow-based due to office-based training for 2 weeks, then working from home.
Details:
Salary: £11.44 per hour, 35 hours a week - weekly pay.
Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
