We are looking to recruit a Fundraising and Marketing Support Administrator Apprentice, to perform a range of vital functions under the supervision of the Fundraising and Marketing Support Team Leaders and within the Supporter Experience Department here at the Alzheimer’s Society to enable us to provide first class services to our supporters, staff and volunteers. The role entails the processing and thanking of donations from our supporters, responsibility for managing queries and potential complaints from our supporters, responding to internal requests and queries from colleagues both within our team and the wider fundraising directorate and performing a wide range of administrative tasks. You will: Be motivated to work alone or collaborate with colleagues both in the office and in other team Be an excellent time keeper Manage complaints and gather information to enable resolution Communicate in a non-judgmental way Commit to and understand equal opportunities After successful completion of your apprenticeship you will be awarded a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ability to process at high speed to a very high standard. Determination to produce and maintain a high standard of work. Data quality is key to the role as you will need to follow Data Protection guidelines. Experienced in customer service Able to understand the importance of reconciliation and good financial processing Able to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure. As well as having a clear supporter focus, you should be able to manage a varied and challenging workload and will be expected to work to deadlines. You should be self-motivated, confident, resilient, with great problem solving skills and be able to identify opportunities to improve. Contract : This apprenticeship role is for a period of 24 months. Location : This role is office based, based in Plymouth, England.
