Job Title: Dealership Receptionist/Host based in LE10
Reports To: Dealer Principal
Working - 1pm - 6pm Monday - Friday
Main Purpose of the Job:
Customer and Visitor Welcome: Ensure all customers and visitors are greeted in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to promote the dealership's image.
Call Handling: Answer both internal and external calls quickly and direct them appropriately and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high industry standards in customer care and satisfaction.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction through personal conduct and professionalism.
2. Communication:
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external representatives, as needed.

Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
