Our client are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their existing teams now! They genuinely pride themselves on being an SME and allowing you to develop your career quickly. They ideally are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors looking to make the move to associate in the next couple of years, and excited about an opportunity to help mentor more junior members of staff!

Our client is an established independently owned consultancy with offices across the UK. They cover most industries including; leisure, heritage, education, residential, commercial and mixed-use. These projects can range anything from thousands to hundreds of millions. They provide themselves on being an SME and they want quality over quantity to join their existing teams, and join them through their period of growth.

What our client is ideally looking for:
* Residential, Commercial, Hotels, PBSA experience - but likely to work on other projects so multi sector experience is a positive
* Large scale project experience- up to £10 million
* MRICS chartership is a big benefit
* Previous consultancy experience
* Experience mentoring/ managing a team and/or training less experienced members of staff
* Comfortable in a client-facing role
* A can do attitude and motivation to help the company grow
* University degree- or equivalent qualifications
* Eligible to work in the UK
In return our client is offering a basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, which includes, pension, bonus, and 25 days of annual leave.
