As Line Leader in our Production team, you’ll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You’ll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes. About You You’ll be the kind of person who: Is able to support and educate colleagues with using correct procedures and to provide improvements Ensuring colleagues are following food safety to ensure quality, food safe products for our customers and to lead by example at all times Has great communication skills, and able to interpret written and numerical data Is proactive in resolving issues and challenges Is happy within a fast paced food manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures The following experience is desirable, but not essential: Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment Understanding and knowledge of the curing department We want to provide everyone with the opportunity to succeed in their role and career with us.
