Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a relaxing and memorable experience for guests.
* Maintain a clean and professional spa environment.
* Recommend suitable treatments and aftercare to clients.
* Work collaboratively with the spa team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
