About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our sales operations and enhance customer engagement. This role is integral to driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and streamlining internal processes using SAP and CRM best practices. Key Responsibilities ?? Sales Administration & Support Process orders, invoices, and generate accurate quotations. Maintain and update customer accounts with precision. Assist the sales team with documentation and administrative tasks. ?? Client Relationship Management Identify, engage, and nurture client relationships. Support the sales team in developing new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify and qualify new leads. ?? Process Optimization & CRM Best Practices Implement SAP best practices to enhance efficiency. Continuously improve workflows for better account management. Utilise CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track and nurture leads. What We’re Looking For ? Strong organisational and multitasking skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.? Experience with SAP, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint .? A methodical, target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
