German Speaking Customer Service Representative
We're looking to have a chat with people that are fluent in German and English with a passion for helping and supporting customers for a new full time opportunity based in Dunfermline however the role is hybrid only 2 days in the office.
Start date - ASAP
Location - Dunfermline - Hybrid - 2 days office and 3 days at home
Salary - 30,000
Hours of work - Monday to Friday - Shifts between 8am - 17:30pm - No weekends
Job Profile:
This growing multilingual team based in Dunfermline is responsible for supporting customers across the European region. The role involves pre-sale activities and providing service throughout the lifetime of the Customers contract.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Answer all customer enquiries concerning operation and configuration of clients products
2. Order Management of sales and service requests
3. Contract Administration/Management
4. Effective management of Customer complaints and enquiries relating to service and products
5. Coordinate planning of Customer equipment installations and servicing visits by working closely with Field Service colleagues
6. Work with logistics and supply chain teams to drive open back orders to delivery, in accordance with Customer SLAs
