We're looking for Support Workers to join our Blossom House location to care for adults with complex care needs.
Contract: Permanent contract, full-time and part-time roles available.
Hours: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, or night shifts available.
Pay: From £26,000 per year depending on experience. Plus car allowance at £660 per annum.

Key responsibilities:
* Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
* Taking people out on day trips and extracurricular activities such as walking and cycling.
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations, and the care & support policies and procedures.
* Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities.
* Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining records as required and working to care plans.
* Being a kind, empathetic, and people-oriented person who works well in a team.
