10:00pm – 6:30am

As a Kitchen Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, assisting with the preparation and service of food while keeping an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.
The Role
* Support the senior team to deliver the Campus food strategy
* Assist with food preparation, & general cleaning of food production areas
* Oversee the standard and quality of all food & drink you prepare and serve; you are responsible for ensuring the items that you prepare are to spec, and have the “wow” factor
* Work alongside other work streams, e.g. the Curated Experience team to deliver events and experiences that are literally the talk of the Campus and the town
* Gather customer feedback to help us keep our clients happy and coming back
* Be audit ready at all times and achieve the highest possible standard, e.g. finance, HS, FS, internal inspections, etc.
* Attend daily service briefings.
* Drive a ‘One Team’ Culture, provision of an integrated service.
About You
* Enthusiastic approach to work
* Catering experience is preferred - but a positive, can-do attitude is essential
* Good understanding of the principles of food hygiene
* You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer
* Ensure the customer comes first, providing an exceptional experience
* A determined team player who works well with others
