The Role
:
As a Concierge & Reservations Executive, you will be providing exceptional customer service, creating bespoke itineraries, and recommending experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and achieving Activities & Experiences sales targets.
2. Improving communication procedures internally and externally.
3. Growing revenue and room sales, handling reservations, and managing the reservations desk during holiday cover.
4. Managing guest enquiries for Activities & Experiences (A&E).
5. Conducting pre-stay calls at 30 and 14 days.
6. Handling A&E bookings on Check front and managing check front details.
7. Manage A&E charging and build relationships with A&E suppliers.
8. Prepare monthly reports on A&E activities.
9. Collecting guest profiles in Clock PMS.
10. Managing reservations via various channels.
Requirements:
11. Previous experience working in a similar role.
12. Proven experience in hospitality.
13. Strong communication skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
