The Project As a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will have a key role as part of the commercial team overseeing a £2m commercial refurbishment project in Liverpool. You be managing the financial aspects of the project, collaborating closely with stakeholders, proactively mitigating financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving the project to completion on time and within budget.
