We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Wills, Trusts and Probate team at our Bromsgrove office.
This role would also suit someone looking for a Paralegal position.
Previous experience of working within a Probate department would be advantageous, although not essential and may be perfect for someone who has already gained some legal experience and now looking to secure a new position.
This is a varied role providing administrative support to the team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage and prioritise situations in a sensitive, timely and effective manner, a pleasant personality, the ability to work as part of a team, a professional telephone manner and excellent client care are essential for this role.
Previous experience of utilising case management systems would be advantageous and you will need to have good IT skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
The position is fully office based and full-time, Monday to Friday – 9.am to 5.pm with 1 hour lunch.
Salary dependent upon experience.
