What you'll be doing:
Managing and organising all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensuring accurate document control, including version control, numbering, filing, and archiving.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of documentation and maintaining up-to-date records.
Monitoring compliance with document control procedures and implementing improvements when necessary.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations by retrieving and compiling relevant information.
Providing administrative support to the team and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in utilising document control systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
